The primary purpose of the School Advisory Council is to provide an advisory body dedicated to promoting and supporting Catholic education at St. Ignatius Catholic School in Mobile, Alabama, as administered by the Department of Catholic Education, Office of Catholic Schools of the Archdiocese of Mobile and by St. Ignatius Parish.
The School Advisory Council analyzes factors relevant to the conduct and effectiveness of St. Ignatius Catholic School and reviews policies to improve and maintain standards of Catholic education taught therein.
The School Advisory Council meets once a monthly.
