The Middle School House Program is rooted in the tradition of the Saints fostering inclusivity, teamwork, partnership & leadership.
Sixth graders are randomly sorted into one of five houses, where they remain throughout their middle school career. Eighth graders are elected as house leaders. Together, the houses engage in friendly competition, earning points for spirit, merit, and service projects. Once a week, house members enjoy lunch together, building camaraderie and a sense of community. This program has been a resounding success, and students truly love being part of it. Everyone has a place in St. Ignatius Middle School.
